Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico to a family of musicians. Growing up, she listened to many classical music and traditional boleros. Also, she listened to the traditional romance ballads as well as ranchero. Ana is a lover of operas and tangos. Also, she loves drama performances. Her mother taught her to sing, however she started an intensive training in vocals through Flavio Belcerra when she was just 16 years old. his name was known as a famous Mexican opera tenor. Her musical education continued at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and then to the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. The singer performed at Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities as a young college student as well as a professional. After 2000, she moved back to the United States and sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Later, in 2007 she moved to her current home in Southern California. She performs solo Latin American music for private functions and as a member Ensemble XXI in Redlands. as a music teacher and musician she has a passion for several community initiatives because of her passion as well as a love of music. Ana is also a past participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana appreciates the opportunity to share her passion and passion of the traditional Latin American songs with others and, in the process hopes to spread the desire particularly among the younger generation, to help keep the music alive and alive.Viva Mexico!
